Creativity and New Media

Image
Snapchat and Bitmojis-as soon as I see the term avatar-the first thing that comes to mind are "Bitmojis". Bitmojis are animated representations of people themselves, which they use on their social media pages. To use Bitmoji, what I'm just doing is installing the Bitmoji app from the app store, and then essentially making a version of myself, using all sorts of choices that I think will better suit me. Here is an example of this-

Creativity

New Media fosters imagination by creating a forum where people can share ideas and opinions. The keyway in which digital media promote innovation is through the number of people freely willing to share their views about someone's new idea. Without digital media, someone will have to come up with an idea, think about it, complete it, and either post or upload the completed product before they receive feedback and be able to make any improvements. Nowadays, people can have a crowdsource, people can post their ideas in intervals and obtain constant input, and people can meet others that are still involved in the same idea and collaborate together. "People" has always been a wonderful resource, and digital media make it possible for people to communicate with each other. Claire Cain Miller's "Twitter Dishes Up Suggestions From His Fans," says, "This is primarily because the Internet helps people to share ideas freely and efficiently with large crowds, and...

Modeling Reality with Virtual Worlds

There is a multitude of ways virtual environments can be used. It can be used for interactive museum visits, for example. Digital realms have been seen a lot as recently as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Activities such as the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade would be interactive to keep crowds from assembling. Even schools use virtual environments to exercise relational isolation and to teach from home. There are also interactive social environments in which you can build your own environment and communicate with others. The Sims is an example of a virtual social environment. There are pros and cons of the virtual universe. Starting with the pros, the virtual world offers gameplay environments such as the PlayStation VR. With the PlayStation VR, you can feel like they're in the game, feel like they're in the cinema while viewing a movie, and more. Digital prototypes are another pro, too, so you can actually see a car in your space and see its features. It's nice to h...

Blog about Twitter

In my view, users of Twitter can openly debate any topic and do not have to give a correct answer, but rather their own view. In contrast, Blackboard discussions are highly governed by professors and people need to follow the lead of professors in their discussions and provide support. Since characters are small on Twitter, most discussions and comments are quick and are not based on a valid basis. On Twitter, conversations can be formal or informal and can go out to all fans and be retweeted to other people, generating a very wide community. Both Black-board discussions and Twitter discussions are in the form of brief, structured written comments, but classroom discussions can be very engaging with professors and other students, as the media of discourse is speech and face-to - face encounters that enable students to see each other's facial and physical experiences during discussions. In summary, I agree that Twitter conversations are the most opinion-based debates and will lead...

Social Networking Sites

I picked Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn for my reference. We can't survive without at least one social media site now. Social networking pages help us connect, chat, get the latest news, and even search for new work. In comparison to other social media sites, LinkedIn is structured for technical interactions between individuals and businesses. LinkedIn is primarily designed to bind people to their professional careers and to extend its network in their rankings. Hiring recruiters may reach individuals on the basis of their profile definition. LinkedIn does not have functionality like uploading images or videos, it instead encourages users to post written posts. LinkedIn is a specialized social media account that focuses on employment and job networking. Many companies need social media platforms like LinkedIn to approve recruiting applications. Facebook focuses primarily on linking people around the world and letting them create new friends. People can add persona...
